Sales Policy:

  1. All sales are final. Once the artwork is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is defective or damaged upon receipt.

  2. The price of the artwork does not include any taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees. These charges will be added to the final price of the artwork and will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

  3. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. The seller will not be responsible for any delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  4. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, insufficient inventory, or suspected fraud.

Return Policy:

  1. If the artwork is defective or damaged upon receipt, the customer must contact the seller within 7 days of receiving the artwork to request a return or exchange.

  2. The customer must provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage to the seller. If the seller deems the artwork to be defective or damaged, the customer will be issued a refund or exchange.

  3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the artwork is deemed defective or damaged by the seller. In such cases, the seller will cover the return shipping costs.

  4. If the customer returns an item without prior authorization from the seller, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.

  5. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

  6. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (MCPA).

Shipping Policy:

  1. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout. The shipping options available may vary based on the size and weight of the artwork, as well as the destination of the shipment.

  2. The seller will make every effort to ship the artwork within 5 business days of receiving the order. However, delivery times may vary based on the shipping method and destination.

  3. The seller will provide a tracking number for the shipment once it has been processed, if available.

  4. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. The seller will not be responsible for any delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  5. The seller will package the artwork with care to ensure that it arrives in the same condition as when it was shipped. However, the seller cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.

  6. If the artwork is damaged during shipping, the customer must contact the seller within 7 days of receiving the artwork to request a return or exchange.

  7. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be levied on the artwork upon entry into the destination country.

  8. Large items, such as oversized artwork, may be disassembled for easier shipping. In such cases, the customer will be notified and provided with instructions for assembly. The customer is responsible for any assembly required and must ensure that the artwork is assembled correctly to maintain its integrity and value. The seller is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs as a result of incorrect assembly.

Disputes:

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or the purchase of products from our website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, and shall be conducted by a single arbitrator who is licensed to practice law in Michigan. The parties shall share equally in the costs of the arbitration, including the arbitrator's fees. Any award issued by the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
