I’m Pulling Back the Curtain for 40 Days
Hey,
I wanted to let you in on something I’m starting.
For the next 40 days, I’m building an entire new art collection in real time and sharing the full process as it unfolds.
Not just the finished work. The whole thing. The sketches, the studies, the inspiration, the failures, the symbolism, the moments it works and the moments it absolutely doesn’t.
Everything that actually goes into making a body of work.
This new collection is a series of imagined landscapes. Abstract, emotional spaces built around light, movement, and atmosphere. Fields, rivers, mountains, and places that feel more like inner worlds than physical locations.
I’ve been thinking a lot about how much of life happens in the in between. The waiting seasons. The becoming seasons. The parts where you can’t yet see what is forming, but something is happening anyway.
That is what this collection is about for me.
And instead of creating it quietly and revealing it at the end, I want to bring you into the process as it happens.
Over the next 40 days I’ll be sharing:
new work as it develops
sketches and studies
behind the scenes process
reflections from the studio
symbolism and meaning as it emerges
and the real journey of building a collection from nothing to completion
If you’ve ever wondered how a body of work actually comes into existence, this is that story.
I’m glad you’re here for it.
