2. Sales Policy

All Sales Final / No Refunds
All sales of digital products, including course access (Internal Landscapes), are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by law.

For physical artwork, sales are final except if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. You must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery with photographic evidence. If approved, we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Pricing, Taxes & Fees
Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees unless stated. These charges are added at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility. Overseas customers may have additional shipping fees based actual carrier quotes. VAT and other digital service taxes are applied based on your location.

Order Accuracy and Cancellation
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Bek Harris Art is not responsible for delays or extra charges due to incorrect or incomplete information. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or legal reasons.

3. Shipping Policy (Physical Artwork)

  • Shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout.

  • We aim to ship within 10 business days but do not guarantee delivery dates.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Artwork is packaged carefully, but Bek Harris Art is not liable for damage occurring during shipping.

  • Report damage within 14 days of receipt for potential return/exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

  • Large artwork may be shipped disassembled with assembly instructions. Customers are responsible for proper assembly and any damages due to improper handling.

4. Internal Landscapes Course Terms & Policies

Course Access and Use
Purchasing Internal Landscapes grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials for your individual use only. Sharing login credentials or distributing course content (videos, PDFs, exercises, frameworks) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Intellectual Property
All course content is the exclusive property of Bek Harris Art and protected under copyright law. No copying, reproduction, sharing, or derivative works without written permission.

No Refunds
Due to the instant-access digital nature of Internal Landscapes, all sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Not Therapy or Medical Advice
Internal Landscapes is a therapeutic art experience for creative self-exploration only. It is not clinical art therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you need professional support, please seek a licensed healthcare provider. Bek Harris Art disclaims liability for any emotional or psychological effects.

User Conduct
Participants must engage respectfully in any course-related communication or community spaces. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will lead to removal without refund.

Technical Requirements & Support
