All content on this Site, including artwork, images, text, logos, videos, downloadable materials, and course content, is owned or licensed by Bek Harris Art and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise use any content without express written permission.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not post or upload content that infringes on third-party rights. Any user-generated content you provide must be your own original work, and you must have the right to post it. Bek Harris Art reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Bek Harris Art may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Please review these Terms periodically.
Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Users under the age of majority may only access the Site with parental or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and will delete any inadvertently collected information.
These Terms are governed by Michigan law and applicable U.S. federal law without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Sales Policy
All sales of digital products, including courses, are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges are available unless otherwise specifically stated in the course terms. Physical artwork sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Customers must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery and provide photographic evidence to request a return or exchange. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees unless explicitly stated. Michigan sales tax will be applied to applicable orders. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bek Harris Art is not liable for delays or extra charges due to incorrect information. Bek Harris Art reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or legal reasons.
3. Shipping Policy
Domestic shipping within the United States is typically processed within 10 business days. Free standard shipping applies to most U.S. original artwork orders. Oversized artwork may require additional shipping arrangements and fees, which will be communicated before purchase.
International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, import fees, and any additional charges. Shipping fees vary by size and destination. Contact Bek Harris Art before purchasing international orders to confirm shipping arrangements.
Artworks are packaged carefully, but Bek Harris Art is not liable for damage during shipping. Customers must report damage within 14 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. Large items may ship disassembled with instructions; customers are responsible for proper assembly.
4. Course Terms
Purchasing any Bek Harris Art course grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or distributing content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.
Course content, including videos, exercises, PDFs, frameworks, and downloads, is the exclusive property of Bek Harris Art and protected under copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited.
No course, including Internal Landscapes, provides clinical therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Courses are intended for creative self-exploration and personal growth only. Bek Harris Art is not liable for any emotional, psychological, or physical effects resulting from course participation. Consult a licensed professional for mental health concerns.
A 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to Internal Landscapes. To request a refund, participants must complete Modules One and Two and provide evidence of at least one completed course exercise demonstrating effort and engagement. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@bekharrisart.com. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued unless required by law.
Participants must engage respectfully in course communities. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Users are responsible for their internet connection and compatible devices. Bek Harris Art is not liable for technical issues beyond its control. Course content and policies may be updated; enrolled participants will be notified.
5. Privacy Policy
Bek Harris Art collects personal information for order processing, course enrollment, and communication purposes. Information collected may include name, email, shipping address, and payment details.
Personal information is used only for order fulfillment, legal compliance, and communication. We do not sell personal information. Third-party service providers, including Squarespace, Systeme, ThriveCart, Printful, Stripe, PayPal, and other payment processors, manage data according to their own privacy policies. Bek Harris Art does not personally store customer payment data outside of required business records such as tax documents.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or purchases will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, held in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. Costs are shared equally. Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable.
12. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
All original artwork provided by Bek Harris Art is entirely created, painted, and produced by Rebecca Harris. AI tools are never used to generate original artwork.
AI may be used in supportive or production roles only, assisting with course videos (such as creating talking head clips for clarity or efficiency), drafting or editing copy, generating supportive imagery for blogs, advertising, or mockups, and other non-creative production tasks under the direct supervision and review of Rebecca Harris.
Use of Bek Harris Art content, including artwork, course materials, videos, and images, to train or feed AI systems is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of copyright and intellectual property rights.
