INTERNAL LANDSCAPES

You’re done with surface level self-care.
You’re not looking for another “journal your feelings” worksheet or a cutesy craft project.

You’re here because you know the power of intentional creativity — and you’re ready to channel that power inward.

Internal Landscapes is a beautifully curated, self-paced art journaling course designed for peace, reflection, and self-healing.

This isn’t therapy and it’s not a craft class.

It’s sacred creative work that meets you right where you are—and helps you move forward.

“This isn’t about making ‘good’ art.
It’s about making art that’s good for you.”

If you’ve ever felt stuck , unsure how to express what’s going on inside—or like your heart has something to say, but no words to say it—this course is your invitation to listen, process, and paint your way toward clarity.

You don’t need to know how to draw.
You don’t need fancy supplies.
You don’t need a huge chunk of time.

You just need a willingness to go inward and a desire to connect with yourself.

Through simple guided exercises and accessible art prompts, Internal Landscapes gives you tools to:

  • Express your thoughts, feelings, and memories through art

  • Reconnect with your inner self and personal truth

  • Create visual work that brings peace, insight, and meaning

This isn’t another arts and crafts course. It’s self-care through creativity.

Your Guide

For me, art isn’t just about making something beautiful—it’s how I process life, regulate my emotions, and reconnect with myself when things feel overwhelming. What People Are Saying

  • I was most struck by the concept of grid journaling which provides the freedom of abstract art with the smaller areas of space to express one's emotions, thoughts and creativity. As someone who appreciates art but does not view myself as creative or artistic, this concept provided a safe and manageable enough space... This book is a great resource for educators, therapists, parents and so many others. I highly recommend it.

    J. Luna

  • This concept really blew my mind. I've got to look deeper into it because somehow it speaks to my stick figure heart.

    Janelle

  • I want to say I enjoyed everything about your new book “Internal Landscapes.” … The layout of the texts and graphics made it easy to read and follow. The lesson objectives were clear with thorough and sensitive explanations. Great to know it is not art therapy but therapeutic art to be taken at one’s own pace and to learn about one’s own internal landscapes. Thank you for a beautiful book.
