Halloween Silent Auction Rules

🎃 Friday Launch:
An email will go out Friday at 6 PM ET with all available pieces and their reserve prices.

🖌️ How to Bid:
To place a bid, simply hit the “Bid Now” button to email me the following (or email bekharrisart@gmail.com):

• Your full name

• Mailing address

• The title of the piece(s) you want to bid on

• Your maximum bid for each piece

🕰️ Bidding Window:
The silent auction will run from Friday at 6 PM ET through Sunday at 11:59 PM ET.

📬 Winning & Payment:
Winning bidders will be notified and invoiced Monday, Nov 3.
Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or the piece will be offered to the next highest bidder.
Shipping is free within the U.S. (sales tax may apply for Michigan residents).

🍭 How It Works

• Each piece lists its real value and reserve price.

• All bids must be at or above the reserve price to be valid.

• You may submit one maximum bid per piece.

• Bids must be made in $5 increments.

• The winning bid will be $5 above the second-highest bid, not exceeding your max bid.

• If you’re the only bidder, you’ll win the piece for the reserve price, not your max.

• In the event of a tie max bid, the first bid received at that amount will win.

🍫 Examples

• If one person bids $75 max and no one else bids, they win the piece for the $40 reserve.

• If two people bid — one at $75 and another at $65 — the $75 bidder wins for $70 ($5 above the next highest bid).

• If two people bid the same $75 max, the first bidder at that amount wins for $75.
